Job Description
Overview Inspection Depot is expanding our California field inspection network and is looking for reliable field inspectors to complete residential insurance and underwriting inspections in multiple California counties. Inspections may include property condition, high-value, replacement cost, and wildfire-related inspections. Inspectors are paid per completed inspection. Duties Schedule and complete property inspections Take clear, accurate photographs Document property conditions and construction details Complete reports accurately and on time Use our online platform to manage assignments, photos, and reports Qualifications Experience in construction, property inspections, insurance, contracting, or a related field Good communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and web-based technology Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently Training and apprenticeship opportunities are available for qualified candidates.
