About the Role The FOS Administrator provides essential operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Field Operations Department (FOD) and Operations Chefs. This role ensures accurate reporting, financial processing, data management, and communication across the organization. The FOS Administrator plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting field leadership, and ensuring proper documentation and workflow across multiple systems. Key Responsibilities & Duties Monitor Operations Chefs' Time & Attendance on ADP to ensure accuracy and compliance. Track and record temporary store closures. Process Operations Chefs' assignments and maintain up-to-date records. Onboard Operations Chefs to SAP Concur, including system access, training, and troubleshooting. Process weekly charge requests. Process weekly commission requests. Prepare and distribute the weekly P&L. Process Operations Chefs' business expense reimbursements using SAP Concur. Process weekly invoices as assigned. Distribute monthly purchase ratio reports to FOD leadership. Send monthly corporate store Inventory notices to FOD. Monitor and work to reduce blank operators in reporting systems. Track and maintain updated picture logs for operational or compliance purposes. Manage user data and access permissions on the company intranet. Maintain organized digital records, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility. Process FOD property requests, ensuring timely approvals and distribution. Coordinate shipping and handling for materials, uniforms, and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory of uniforms and ensure replenishment as needed. Provide language translations as required to support Operations Chefs and FOD communications. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Associates degree required; Bachelors degree in related field preferred. Three to five years of experience in an administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites or related software. Experience working with databases and HRIS and payroll systems such as ADP preferred. Ability to enter, maintain, audit, and analyze data across multiple systems with a high level of accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work independently.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. #
