Job Description

We are an established manufacturer and distributor of retro gaming devices and video gaming accessories located in Torrance, California, seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our Product team. This position is based onsite at our Torrance office.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Proofread and edit product packaging, user guides, sell sheets and related materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for project documentation.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, samples and project timelines.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external vendors or factories.
  • Assist with product testing, quality control and competitive market research.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including measuring, weighing and shipping boxes up to 25 lbs.
  • Support special projects and additional research as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, suitable for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts and skills.
  • Very organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong comprehension and note-taking skills, with the ability to accurately capture and organize key information.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
