Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile Personal Assistant to support our family and business operations. This is a unique hybrid position that combines personal assistance for the owner, operational support for a property management business, and childcare for a 7-year-old child in 2nd grade. The ideal candidate is dependable, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. This person should be a "runner" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly transition between professional property tasks and family-focused responsibilities. Key Responsibilities 1. Childcare & Family Support
- Provide reliable, safe, and engaging care for a 7-year-old child.
- Manage school and after-school/daycare pickups and ensure timely arrival at extracurricular activities.
- Assist with homework supervision, snack preparation, and organizing afternoon schedules.
- Create a nurturing, structured, and positive environment during after-school hours.
- Assist with occasional family-related errands and activities as needed. 2. Property Management Assistance
- Act as an on-the-ground coordinator for various property management tasks.
- Conduct property visits and assist with tenant/owner, and property-related errands.
- Coordinate minor maintenance needs and communicate with vendors as needed.
- Maintain organized systems for property documentation, supplies, and vendor communications.
- Help ensure properties are prepared for showings, inspections, and other scheduled activities. 3. Personal Assistance & Operations
- Serve as a dedicated "runner" for the owner, handling personal errands, grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and other day-to-day coordination.
- Assist with travel logistics and planning when required.
- Maintain clear communication with the owner regarding the status of ongoing tasks and priorities.
- Handle ad-hoc projects, research, and administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Assist with other household, family, or business needs as they arise. Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Manager, Nanny, Property Coordinator, or in a similar multi-faceted role preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, discreet demeanor.
- Comfortable working around children and managing childcare responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to transport the child and run errands as needed. A company vehicle will be available approximately three days per week, with a vehicle allowance available when using a personal vehicle. Compensation & Schedule
