Job Description
- Provide customer support by responding to delivery questions, no-shows, cancellations, scheduled deliveries, and related service concerns.
- Retrieve schedule, asset, route, customer, product, inventory, and order information using internal computer systems.
- Prepare, update, and distribute daily route schedules while helping assign drivers based on route needs, skill set, and DOT Hours of Service requirements.
- Monitor route manifests and delivery activity throughout the day, documenting updates and making adjustments as needed.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, inventory records, reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems while supporting cross-functional departments with administrative and data-related needs. Compensation and Benefits

$25.00 to $27.00 per year.Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.Location:
Tracy, CA. Required Qualifications and Skills- Coordinate daily dispatch and administrative support for delivery routes and driver schedules.
- Monitor route activity, delivery documentation, customer requests, and operational updates throughout the day.
- Enter, update, verify, and maintain accurate customer, product, inventory, order, and shipping data.
- Generate reports and support operational teams with clerical, logistics, and documentation needs.
- 1 to 2 years of administrative, clerical, dispatch, logistics, customer service, or related office support experience.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to use internal systems, databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Ability to accurately enter, review, audit, and maintain high-volume data and documentation.
- Strong communication skills for working with drivers, customers, and internal departments.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to route changes, delivery updates, scheduling needs, and shifting operational priorities.
- Professional customer service mindset with the ability to respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics support.
- Familiarity with delivery routing, route manifests, shipping documents, inventory records, purchase orders, or invoices.
- Experience supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced operations environment.
