Job Description
Successful Construction Company seeking a competent Administrative assistant/ to undertake a variety tasks. You will handle the processing of subcontracts, assist in the filling out of utilities and permit paperwork, along with the processing of quotes . Responsibilities Assume the responsibility of producing cabinet and millwork bids Manage and produce subcontract agreements Request / maintain subcontractor insurance Assist management in typing of meeting notes Assist in the interfacing with clients by maintaining well organized binders, databases, and paperwork. Skills Main qualification is a positive outlook and attitude paired with a willing ness to learn. Proven experience as administrative assistant is a plus. Adherence to laws and best practices regarding dealing with customers and data Comfortable dealing with numbers Excellent knowledge and skills in MS Office Proficiency in English Results-driven and patient Able to handle deadlines and stress High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
