Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide direct administrative and project support to the Housing Director for the MORE Program. Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure compliance with grant requirements. Maintain accurate and organized program files, including participant records, contracts, and grant documentation. Assist in preparing required reports, updates, and supporting documentation for funding agencies. Support outreach and communication efforts related to housing opportunities and program participation. Assist with data collection, entry, and reporting for program performance and compliance metrics. Monitor and track program expenditures in coordination with finance staff. Ensure adherence to applicable tribal, federal, and grant-specific policies and procedures. Provide general customer service and respond to inquiries regarding the MORE Program. Perform other duties assigned to support housing program operations. Associate's degree in public administration, business, construction management, social services, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Two (2) years of administrative or project coordination experience. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with Tribal governments or Native communities. Experience with grant-funded programs or compliance reporting.
