Job Description
Project/Service Clerk Small Standby Generator Service Company seeking Project/Service Clerk. Great career path with Kaiser Health Plan, SEP retirement, holidays, paid vacation. Must be team player (easy to work with…), customer oriented, capable of wearing many different hats. Coordinate ongoing service calls, filing and forwarding service reports, ordering job materials, proofing service invoices, PM and repair quotes, miscellaneous duties as needed. You need to be competent with email, MS Word, familiar with Excel. Mon
•Thurs, 1/2 day Fridays. It would be great if you have some field knowledge to easily communicate with our service techs.
Rate:
$25
•35 an hour Full Benefits available for Full Time employees after 90 Days of employment. Must be comfortable in the presence of dogs (they are friendly) as the property has several dogs that will free roam throughout the office, shop and courtyard.
