The major duties of this position include but are not limited to the following: Provides administrive management advice and recommendions to leadership on organizional operions, policies, resource utilizion, and management effectiveness. Analyzes administrive programs and processes, identifies operional issues and trends, and develops recommendions to improve organizional efficiency and effectiveness. Formules, executes, and monitors budgets; analyzes financial da and funding trends; tracks obligions and expenditures; and recommends adjustments to address program and funding needs. Advises management on human resources mters, including staffing, position management, personnel actions, employee development, organizional structure, and workforce utilizion. Manages procurement, acquisition, property, space, and reled administrive support activities; interprets applicable regulions and ensures organizional compliance. Coordines administrive programs with Regional/HQ offices and external partners and serves as a liaison on budget, finance, human resources, IT, and other business operions. Supervises administrive and support staff by assigning and reviewing work, evaluing performance, approving leave, addressing employee issues, and identifying training needs.
