Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to: Scheduling assigned technicians Communicate with customers to confirm schedule daily Ensure all scheduled jobs have PO#/CC# Ensure all customer info/equip info is accurate and current Pull parts from warehouse for job and load on staging shelf Qualifications of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to: Scheduler experience required This requires head-on communication, written, telephone, and computer skills Must have computer experience (2 years required) CRM experience (1 year preferred) Experience in any the following areas make an excellent air compressor service technician scheduler: Automotive, Concrete, Forklift, HVAC, Refrigeration, Rental, Field Service Repair Additional Information Pay range: $25.00
