Job Description

A growing construction company in North County is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support its Project Management and Operations teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly and there is always something happening.

You won't be sitting behind a desk doing repetitive filing all day. You'll help keep project documentation, subcontractor information, schedules, purchase orders, and communication organized so the field and office teams can stay on track.
WHAT YOU'LL
HANDLEProvide administrative support to Project Managers and OperationsMaintain project files and documentationPrepare and organize contracts, proposals, and project correspondenceAssist with purchase orders and vendor documentationEnter and update information in company systemsCoordinate meetings, inspections, and project schedulesCommunicate with vendors and subcontractorsTrack outstanding documents and approvalsAssist with invoice and billing documentationPrepare spreadsheets and project reportsMaintain subcontractor records and certificatesAssist with change-order documentationHandle incoming calls and emailsSupport new project setupProvide general office assistance as needed
