Scheduled Hours 8:30 am- 5:30 pm
SUMMARY:
Provides general administrative assistance to Director, Scheduling Coordinator, and staff.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communication with funding sources re:
authorizations and inputting of authorizations Assists with monitoring inventory, submitting office supply orders and stimuli orders Maintains organization of center and ensure clinical supplies are available for supervisors and technicians Cleaning/sanitizing center Assists technicians with registering for RBT exam, and maintaining RBT certifications including supervision hours, assigned BC, and all other documentation Assisting with new hiring process Assist Director in recruiting special projects (career fairs, job ads, etc) Maintain current job ads for new hires, process resumes, and complete tutor prescreens, scheduling interviews, and phone job offers Help assist with scheduling/setting up new tutor training Guide new employees through new hire process Process new hire paperwork and correspondence with corporate office Maintain records of new tutor training that has been completed Scans old files into Central Reach or DocuWare Contacts property manager re: maintenance issues Communicates with all staff re: policy changes Assists in collecting signatures for PV forms Audits Central Reach billing and timesheets for completion prior to submission, and checks assigned documents for accuracy. Supporting other members of administrative team Maintain employee files and/or records Process Employee Resignations and Terminations Receive Status Change forms and forward to corporate office Help assist Director with completion of Worker's Comp paperwork Monitor technician requirements for various funding sources to ensure all employees placed meet requirements Maintain client files and/or records Process, maintain, and track received service contracts Assist in processing outgoing client reports to funding source Create client assessment folders and assist with scheduling assessment visits. Assist with completing insurance required documentation with parents during new client intakes Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Director
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree or 1 - 2 years of office experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills Outstanding customer service skills
