In this role, you will be the vital link in coordinating and supporting project activities on-site, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders, managing project documentation, and facilitating efficient execution of project tasks. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will drive project success from initiation through completion, contributing to continuous process improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating on-site project activities to meet established objectives and deadlines. Support project managers with requirements gathering, process mapping, and scope management to ensure clarity and alignment across teams. Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items to maintain momentum and accountability. Monitor project schedules using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project; update timelines and communicate progress regularly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen. Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure timely delivery of resources and services aligned with project needs. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including change management records, quality management reports, and risk assessments for audit readiness. Experience Proven experience supporting technical or operational projects in a fast-paced environment with supervisory responsibilities. Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Waterfall, or PMBOK frameworks. Strong background in program development, process improvement techniques (Lean, Kaizen), and requirements analysis. Skilled in using project management software including Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite (Excel data analysis), Workday, Basecamp, or equivalent tools. Experience in data collection and analysis for project reporting; familiarity with earned value management and cost control practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement, negotiation, conflict management, and presentation delivery.
