Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. Handle data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Word processing tools. Organize and maintain filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure quick retrieval of documents. Assist with calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating event logistics. Support office management activities including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support. Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to client inquiries and facilitating effective communication between departments. Perform clerical duties such as copying, scanning, mailing, and preparing reports to streamline daily operations. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer literacy skills. Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus for diverse client interaction. Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems and maintain professional phone etiquette. Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles that showcase your ability to support clients effectively. Pay:
