- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Typing Speed & Accuracy
- Competent typing skills, often 50+ wpm with accuracy. Database & Filing Systems
- Familiarity with both digital and physical recordkeeping. Scheduling Tools
- Ability to use shared calendars and meeting coordination platforms. Basic Mathematics
- To create formulas in worksheets and able to calculate accurately for discounts and profits. Basic concept in business operation
- costing, profit, exchange rate, duty & tariffs, etc. Administrative Duties Handling daily emails from customers, vendors, forwarders, co-workers and related personnel. Preparing related correspondence, acknowledgements, quotations, reports, and presentations when required. Maintaining and updating tables
- sales, order status, shipment schedule, etc. Processing customers' orders Maintain a reasonable amount of inventory to fulfill some short-notice orders. Prepare seasonal gifts for customers. Professional Attributes Reliability & Punctuality
