Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant/Processor to join our dynamic team. This vital role involves supporting project coordination, processing documentation, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to impactful projects within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assist in coordinating project activities and maintaining project timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Process and verify project documentation, including data entry, file management, and record keeping with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage office duties, including handling phone systems, and directing calls professionally. City and County Due Diligence for upcoming projects, researching upcoming projects for bid, etc. Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to clients, projects, or internal operations. Organize office supplies, manage filing systems, and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and assisting clients with their needs. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong computer literacy skills. Experience with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and clerical support. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs and enhance communication. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for professional client interactions. Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred for financial processing tasks. Previous office experience or personal assistant experience demonstrating reliability and multitasking capabilities. $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
