Arvada, Colorado Salary:
$58,500 - $70,209 Summary The Senior Executive Assistant serves as a strategic administrative partner to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and provides high-level support to the Executive Leadership Team. Functioning as the primary point of contact for the CEO, this individual manages complex workflows, anticipates the needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and ensures that the organization's leadership can focus on high-level operational and strategic goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Synthesizes data into sophisticated reports and visual presentations for board meetings and executive reviews. Manages and drafts high-level internal and external correspondence, ensuring the CEO's voice is consistent across all platforms. Exercises expert judgment in prioritizing the CEO's calendar, balancing internal operational requirements with external stakeholder demands. Orchestrates complex domestic and international travel and oversees logistics for executive leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and tracking follow-up items. Serves as a professional liaison between the CEO and department heads, global partners, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication across the organization. Plans and executes key executive events, such as annual shareholder meetings, leadership retreats, and large-scale employee town halls. Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Requires a high school diploma; an associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. 6 to 10 years of progressive administrative experience, with a significant portion spent supporting C-level or senior executive leadership. Strong preference for candidates with prior experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment, demonstrating a solid understanding of operational cycles and supply chain/production terminology. Operates with high independence under minimal supervision. Proven ability to handle complex, sensitive, and confidential information with absolute discretion. Navigates complex organizational challenges independently, referring only highly sensitive strategic or legal matters to the CEO.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly in creating complex PowerPoint presentations for board reviews and advanced Excel workbooks for data tracking. Ability to understand and utilize industry-specific terminology related to production schedules, safety standards, and supply chain operations. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft high-stakes messaging that aligns with the CEO's communication style and corporate branding. Mastery of travel management software and the ability to coordinate multi-leg international itineraries involving visas, ground transport, and shifting time zones. Proficiency in digital security best practices for handling sensitive executive data, including encrypted communications and secure document storage. Must be able to read and interpret detailed reports, legal documents, and financial spreadsheets.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to move across a manufacturing facility or office campus to coordinate meetings, escort visitors, or participate in site tours. Occasional travel via air or car may be required to support the CEO at off-site meetings or corporate events. Ability to occasionally lift and move office supplies, meeting materials, or presentation equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.
