Job Description
Shoemaker Ghiselli + Schwartz LLC, a law firm located on East Pearl Street in Boulder — just a short walk from the Pearl Street pedestrian mall — is seeking a reliable, organized Office Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. This is a part-time role — approximately three half-days per week — well suited to someone who wants steady, flexible work without a full-time commitment. We have some flexibility on which days and what time of day you work, so we're happy to find a schedule that fits. Ours is a relaxed but professional environment. Because you'll have some contact with clients, professionalism matters, and a friendly manner and good sense of humor go a long way here. What you'll do Sort and distribute incoming mail Handle general office administration, including ordering and restocking office supplies, scheduling a handyman as needed, receiving deliveries, and occasionally dropping off packages at overnight shipping services Coordinate day-to-day with our paralegal and bookkeeper Assist with occasional office improvement projects, such as replacing furniture and carpet Take on other similar administrative tasks as they come up What we're looking for Dependable, punctual, and a self-starter who can work independently Well organized with good attention to detail Professional and comfortable communicating with clients, coworkers, and outside vendors Friendly, with a good sense of humor Prior office or administrative experience is a plus but not required Schedule and pay
Part-time:
approximately 3 half-days per week (roughly 12-15 hours) Flexible days and hours — schedule to be arranged $22-$26 per hour, depending on experience On-site in Boulder, with free on-site parking If this sounds like a good fit, we'd love to hear from you.
