Job Description
Position Summary Tiger Run Resort is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to support our management team and daily resort-office operations. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and committed to providing excellent service to property owners, guests, employees, vendors, and contractors. This position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a busy resort environment. Primary Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries. Greet property owners, guests, vendors, and contractors professionally. Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and management team. Prepare correspondence, notices, reports, forms, and other documents. Maintain organized electronic and physical files. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, inspections, and contractor access. Track projects, deadlines, applications, permits, and follow-up items. Assist with Architectural Review Committee applications, correspondence, and recordkeeping. Enter information accurately into company systems and spreadsheets. Help maintain employee, vendor, owner, and operational records. Process incoming mail, packages, invoices, and general office paperwork. Coordinate with resort departments to help resolve owner and guest concerns. Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, payroll, financial, and owner information. Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous administrative, office, hospitality, property-management, or customer-service experience is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines. Professional and courteous demeanor. Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other office systems. Ability to learn new software and administrative procedures. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively with owners, guests, employees, board members, contractors, and vendors. Preferred Experience Resort, hospitality, HOA, property-management, or construction-office experience. Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, payroll platforms, accounting systems, or property-management software. Experience preparing professional correspondence, maintaining personnel records, or supporting management. Schedule This is an onsite position based in the Tiger Run Resort office in Breckenridge, Colorado. The anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with occasional flexibility based on resort needs. Compensation $20-$30 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
