In this vital role, you will manage front office operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere at all times Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide information promptly Maintain accurate data entry records using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets Organize and file documents efficiently, including medical or dental records if applicable, ensuring confidentiality and compliance Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for staff or executives Support office management tasks such as bookkeeping, filing, and inventory tracking using QuickBooks or similar software Provide exceptional customer support through clear communication, phone etiquette, and attentive service Experience Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment with a focus on front desk operations Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service in person or via phone Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with office management tasks such as calendar coordination, filing systems, and bookkeeping is preferred Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous experience as a receptionist in medical or dental offices is advantageous but not required Join us to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly!
