(NVC) is a leading national commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm. We offer a collaborative, dynamic work environment and a competitive compensation package. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized Engagement Coordinator to support our appraisal team and serve as the welcoming presence for our corporate office. This position is full-time and works 100% on-site from our office in Centennial, CO. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy , balancing structured data administration with light front desk and office support. Key Responsibilities
- Draft and track client engagement letters, create job folders, download data, and maintain weekly job lists and databases.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, appraisers, and internal staff to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional service.
- Sit at the front desk where you'll greet occasional office visitors, answer low-volume phone inquiries, and oversee light kitchen upkeep to maintain a clean shared environment.
- Cross-train across administrative functions to support broader department needs. Qualifications
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF software (Foxit or similar).
- Strong computer skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Prior professional administrative experience preferred.
Pay:
