Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00

On-site - not eligible for telecommuting Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and organized Branch Office Support professional to assist the Branch Office and Branch Manager. This position provides a combination of front-office customer service, administrative support, patient scheduling, documentation, and equipment-related duties in a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Provide reception services and serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors by phone and in person. Work with the Sales team to complete required patient documentation. Assist with patient intakes and review ACIS screens to support customers. Confirm patient delivery appointments and complete post-delivery work order confirmation and data entry. Assist with scheduling and coordination of Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) classes, including preparing paperwork and instructions. Perform downloads from respiratory recording devices such as apnea monitors, oximeters, and CPAP devices as directed. Perform functional testing of certain respiratory equipment as required. Support the overnight oximetry program. Handle requests for audits and documentation. Collect billing and credit card information when needed. Scan, file, fax, and maintain patient records. Assist with warehouse and patient equipment preparation, including equipment setup and returns. Explain paperwork, insurance information, and out-of-pocket expenses to patients. Process payments and assist with daily receivables reconciliation. Make outbound customer satisfaction calls to patients and referral sources. Order office supplies and inventory as needed. Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of office-related experience Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working with computers and entering data accurately Ability to handle confidential patient and billing information professionally Healthcare, medical office, or DME experience is a plus Why Consider This Opportunity? $21.50/hour Consistent Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM schedule Healthcare-focused office environment Opportunity to gain experience supporting patients and branch operations Variety of administrative, customer service, and equipment-support responsibilities 10401005 group id: 10117306 Apply now
