Role Summary We are seeking a polished, resourceful, and proactive Home Manager / Personal Assistant to manage the day-to-day personal and household operations for our elite clients. You will serve as their behind-the-scenes partner—handling logistics, managing vendors, running errands, organizing home systems, and anticipating their needs before they ask. You must embody professionalism, discretion, and an eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations & Personal Assistance Manage calendars, appointments, reservations, and travel itineraries Oversee family schedules including children's activities, school, and camps Handle returns, shipments, prescription pickups, and general errands Source and purchase household or personal items, including gifts and specialty orders Coordinate exclusive lifestyle events (private dinners, birthdays, social gatherings) Household Management Maintain home inventory and restock pantry, toiletries, household products Liaise with and supervise household vendors (housekeepers, chefs, dog walkers, etc.) Coordinate maintenance appointments: HVAC, car services, mobile detailing, etc. Oversee packing/unpacking, move coordination, and setup of new homes Light housekeeping Organization & System Creation Implement and maintain home systems: labeled storage, drop zones, backstock management Organize spaces including closets, kitchens, garages, offices, and pantries Maintain household calendars and communication boards (physical or digital) Create travel prep kits (toiletry bags, essential checklists, wardrobe planning) Client Experience & Confidentiality Provide white-glove, anticipatory service with discretion and professionalism Build trusted relationships through reliability, responsiveness, and efficiency Uphold strict confidentiality (all team members sign NDAs and undergo background checks) Requirements 3+ years experience in high-end personal assistant, estate, or household management roles Strong organizational skills and ability to implement and maintain systems Discretion, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills Tech-savvy with tools such as Google Suite, Notion, Slack, ClickUp, Airtable Able to travel locally (and occasionally long-distance) for assignments Must be background-checked, insured, and willing to sign a strict NDA Preferred Experience Working with UHNW individuals, professional athletes, or luxury households Familiarity with coordinating exclusive experiences and luxury service vendors Ability to juggle multiple schedules and manage chaos with grace Schedule & Hours Flexible Part-Time and Full-Time roles available Typical schedules range from 1 to 3 days per week per client Must be available during standard business hours with occasional evenings Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly or salary compensation depending on experienced Access to exclusive training and mentorship in luxury lifestyle management Long-term growth opportunities as we expand nationwide
