As the first point of contact, you'll manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and support office management tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a smooth and inviting experience for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel with clear communication and courtesy. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and deliveries. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading to support office operations. Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries accurately and professionally while maintaining top-notch phone etiquette. Qualifications Proven experience in front desk operations or office administration with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively. Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, proofreading, and general clerical tasks. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Previous experience in customer service or administrative support roles preferred; personal assistant or office management experience is advantageous.
