What You'll Be Doing Sitting within the Finance and Administration team, this full-time position keeps day-to-day operations on track. You'll work closely with staff and students alike, providing reliable administrative and business support across the campus. Process financial transactions, invoices, and purchasing documentation accurately and on time Maintain organized records and databases in compliance with CCCS system requirements Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and office workflows for the Finance and Administration team Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, directing people to the right resources What You Bring Experience in an administrative, business support, or office coordination role Strong attention to detail with confident data entry and records management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion Comfort working within the policies and procedures of a state-governed education system Why
