Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an Administrative Assistant for a fully onsite opportunity in Loveland, CO. This position supports day-to-day business operations, administrative functions, and cross-departmental coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting office operations, administrative processes, compliance tracking, and employee-related functions. This role works closely with leadership and HR to ensure daily operations run efficiently while maintaining strong organization and internal support across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the operations team and department leadership Manage office supply inventory, furniture orders, and workspace coordination Oversee mail operations including postage systems, permits, and outgoing mail Coordinate company materials such as business cards, badges, and internal organizational charts Support insurance administration including policy tracking, renewals, claims, and vendor communication Assist with department budget tracking, purchasing, and expense reporting Maintain registrations, renewals, and compliance-related documentation Provide backup support for onboarding, offboarding, payroll setup, and employee records Assist with benefits administration including enrollment support and eligibility tracking Help maintain internal systems and shared resources such as company intranet platforms
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in office administration, operations coordination, or office management Experience supporting HR functions, benefits administration, insurance coordination, or compliance processes preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and professionalism Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Office Management, or related field preferred
