Job Description

The Administrative Assistant for Viaero Wireless Technologies helps with a variety of administrative, reception, and logistical tasks. Responsibilities Act as the receptionist for the Viaero Fiber headquarters, greeting guests, answering phones and general questions, and escorting visitors to team member offices or meeting rooms. Provide administrative support to the President of Viaero Fiber. Handle incoming/outgoing deliveries, mail, faxes, and correspondence. Coordinate logistics of team meetings, including arranging for food (as needed), room setup, and hotel accommodation for out-of-town attendees. Make/modify travel arrangements with a high level of accuracy and serve as a liaison between traveling employees and staff based in the home office. Facilitate communication with Janitorial staff and their supervisor for tasks needing attention. Assist with a wide range of other duties, as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. A minimum of 2 years administrative/office support experience required. Excellent communication skills and exemplary professionalism including phone etiquette, manners, appearance, attitude and integrity. Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, and outside visitors. Strong computer skills required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon time frames. Able to work both independently to complete tasks as well as to collaborate with others to utilize resources and identify effective solutions. Must be at least 21, have a valid driver s license and the ability to pass all pre-employment processes which include a criminal background check, MVR check and drug testing following federal guidelines.
