Job Overview The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for managing administrative, financial, and operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and support efficient business processes.
Responsibilities Data Entry & Administration Ticket Triage :
Sort, categorize, and route incoming tickets to appropriate departments
Mail Management :
Distribute incoming mail, manage outgoing correspondence, and maintain mail logs
Ramp Data Entry :
Input and maintain ramp-related data in company systems Financial Operations Accounts Payable (AP) Management Process and enter AP invoices into the system Scan and digitize AP documents for record-keeping Review and manage the AP Board to track outstanding payments Submit subcontractor expenses for processing and approval Cash/Receivable (AR) Management Prepare and process check deposits Receivable reports and communications Receivable collections General Office Management Communications Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Screen calls and take messages as needed Manage office voicemail and email inquiries Emailing and calling customers or vendors about account status Office Environment Ensure office equipment is functioning properly Monitor office cleanliness and organization standards Monitor and Maintain hallways, common areas, and restrooms Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed Required Skills Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite Strong organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Professional communication and phone etiquette skills Accounting principles knowledge Customer Service Orientation Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of office administration or accounting experience preferred Experience with AP processing and AR Management a plus Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
