The Role We're looking for an Administrative Assistant who thrives with organizational skills in a high-growth environment. You'll be an operational backbone — helping to ensure the team runs smoothly, communication flows seamlessly, and client interactions reflect the professionalism and integrity of the CXO brand. Key Responsibilities Operational Support Assist with document collection and preparation — gather, send, and collect contracts, client forms, financial reports, and presentations. Help organize digital files, workflows, and SharePoint folders using Microsoft 365 tools. Maintain accurate records and assist with onboarding new staff and clients. Client & Team Communication Serve as a first point of contact for clients and partners. Coordinate between team members (Accounting, CFO Services, and Tax Strategy). Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-ups. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Technology & Systems Use Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other Technologies used to streamline operations. Support CRM data entry and workflow tracking. Help identify process improvements and implement automation where possible. Qualifications 2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience (financial or professional services preferred). Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
