Power Services Company is seeking a dependable and organized Office Support Assistant to join our team in Greeley, Colorado. This position provides day-to-day administrative support to our office, management, and operations staff. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, dependable, comfortable working with computers, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to details, communicates well with others, and is willing to help wherever needed to keep the office organized and running efficiently. Responsibilities Greet visitors and assist them in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Monitor and respond to emails as appropriate Maintain organized electronic and paper files Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets and other office documents Perform general data entry and maintain accurate records Scan, copy, upload, organize, and file company paperwork and documents Check, sort, and distribute incoming mail Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed Stock and organize office supply areas Assist with organizing and maintaining employee records and documentation Assist with tracking and filing employee training records, certificates, and other required documentation Assist with collecting, organizing, and filing job paperwork from field employees and managers Help ensure paperwork and documentation are complete and routed to the appropriate person Provide general administrative support to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll staff as needed Assist with entering and organizing information for invoices, purchase orders, receipts, time records, and other office documentation Assist office staff and management with administrative projects and day-to-day tasks Help keep common office areas organized and professional Perform other general administrative duties as assigned This is an administrative support position. While the position will assist multiple departments with paperwork, data entry, filing, and recordkeeping, it is not an accounting, payroll, human resources, or safety coordinator position. Qualifications Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Comfortable using computers and learning new programs and systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good written and verbal communication skills Dependable and punctual Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with employee and company information Ability to work independently while also working well as part of a team Professional attitude and willingness to assist others Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
Pay:
$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
