  • MUST have 1 year of experience working as a front desk in a dental office! Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be selected. Colorado Premier Dental is seeking an outgoing, energetic and friendly Front Office/Treatment Coordinator to help oversee the daily operations of our Dental office. Monday
  • Thursday 8AM
  • 5PM.
We are a private 2 doctor practice that takes pride in offering the best patient care and experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • File Insurance claims (inc attachments)
  • Verify insurance for upcoming appointments
  • Call patients needing follow-up for treatment
  • Explain treatment plans
  • Run credit cards for payments
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience as a dental receptionist
  • Computer literacy with expertise in MS Office applications
  • Ability to provide customer support in a professional manner
