Job Summary:
- MUST have 1 year of experience working as a front desk in a dental office! Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be selected. Colorado Premier Dental is seeking an outgoing, energetic and friendly Front Office/Treatment Coordinator to help oversee the daily operations of our Dental office. Monday
- Thursday 8AM
- 5PM.
- Answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- File Insurance claims (inc attachments)
- Verify insurance for upcoming appointments
- Call patients needing follow-up for treatment
- Explain treatment plans
- Run credit cards for payments
Skills:
- Proficiency in clerical tasks
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience as a dental receptionist
- Computer literacy with expertise in MS Office applications
- Ability to provide customer support in a professional manner
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy This position offers competitive pay based on experience and skills.
