A family-owned, third generation company, we work with organizations in all 50 states that need expert support managing their revenue cycle and collecting unpaid account balances. We serve as a friendly and professional extension of our clients billing office to help answer consumers' questions, resolve their outstanding balances, and facilitate prompt and timely payment to improve our clients cash flow and avoid disruptions to their business. What You Would Do In this entry level position you would be responsible for clerical duties in our Administrative Services department. How You Would Do It (include, but are not limited to, the following) : Maintain contact with clients via phone and email Enter business account information into systems
  • including data entry Verify account discrepancies and make corrections Research, update, and maintain files and records Process and distribute confidential and sensitive documents Printing and mailing itemized statements Screen incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments Includes greeting clients, checking in guests, processing payments from walk-in customers, handling mail, balancing petty cash, maintaining filing systems, downloading and scanning of documents containing sensitive information, and ordering office supplies Running errands outside of the office and taking mail to the post office daily Unloading and stocking of supplies Work on other projects as assigned What You Must Have Previous data entry or office administration experience preferred.
Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills. Detail oriented and accurate productivity required. Computer Systems
  • proven experience working with Windows 10, Data Entry, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook Intermediate Keyboarding/Typing skills Reliable transportation for running errands and mail runs, including proof of car insurance.
