We work with national and regional clients to deliver custom signage solutions from concept through installation. Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Permit Technician to support our project management and production teams by obtaining permits and ensuring compliance with local municipal requirements. This role is critical to keeping projects on schedule and ensuring all signage is installed in accordance with city regulations. Duties Prepare and submit permit applications for signage projects across multiple jurisdictions Review project drawings and specifications for permit compliance Coordinate with cities, counties, and municipalities to track permit status Respond to plan check comments and revise submittals as needed Maintain accurate records of permits, approvals, and related documentation Work closely with project managers, designers, and installers to meet deadlines Stay up to date on local zoning codes and signage regulations Qualifications Prior experience in permitting, construction administration, or a related field preferred Familiarity with signage, construction drawings, or municipal processes is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Excellent communication and follow-up skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with permitting portals is a plus
Pay:
