Position:
Administrative Assistant II Qualifications:
High school graduate with three (3) years experience and/or training in clerical office work; thorough knowledge of office procedures and ability to follow complex oral and written directions; considerable skill in operating computers; ability to work on a variety of tasks at the same time while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality; ability to deal courteously and patiently with students in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
Clerical functions; secretarial work of a complex nature; and responsibilities requiring initiative and independent judgment as shall be assigned.
Terms of Employment:
37.5 hours per week for 41 weeks hourly wages and benefits in accordance with the Agreement Between the Avon Board of Education and American Federation of Teachers - AFT CT
