Role Description The Client Services Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bloomfield, CT. This role blends administrative execution, event planning, customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations. Day-to-day tasks include managing member communications, updating databases and records, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support to association leadership. The Client Services Coordinator will assist with membership renewals and registrations, support basic sales and outreach activities, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. This role requires consistent in-person collaboration with colleagues and clients to support high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and relationship building. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, including organization, scheduling, and accurate record keeping and provide follow up on outstanding tasks as needed.. Candidates should possess basic Sales skills, such as supporting membership renewals, event registrations, and outreach efforts. Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., MS Office), experience working with associations or non-profit organizations, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. An associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is preferred.
