Seeks and energetic person with experience for the position of assistant supervisor. The Day program Assistant Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager to ensure the needs of the individuals are met. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Ensure the care of all individuals receiving services within the programs, including but not limited to ensuring active treatment, ensuring goals are being worked on as listed on the IP, provide active training when needed. 2. Work hand-in-hand with staff and individuals in the community 3. Maintain Vehicle routes and drive program vehicles when needed 4. Provide staffing coverage when staff is absent or on vacation. 5. Intervene between individuals and staff when concerns arise. 6. Review documentation daily and field visits. 7. Develop Activity Schedules that coincide with participants' goals as described in the IP on a weekly and monthly basis 8. Serve as a liaison between the agency and the individuals/families supported to ensure excellent customer service. 9. Serve as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) for the program.
