Summary We are seeking an Administrative Assistant that includes part time classroom support to join our team at The Goddard School. In this role, located in our vibrant educational setting, you will be essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring that our staff and families have the resources they need to thrive. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to staff and management, ensuring smooth daily operations. Manage office communications, including phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy. Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation accurately and efficiently. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed. Implement effective office management practices to enhance productivity. Support the onboarding process for new staff members by preparing necessary materials. Foster a welcoming environment for families and visitors by providing exceptional customer service. Support faculty in appropriate practice. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency with computer use is essential. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with parents and staff. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience with office management practices is a plus but not required.
