Minor & Company, an established engineering, planning and land use firm based in Greenwich CT, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our busy Greenwich office. This position will focus heavily on scanning, filing, document organization, and general administrative support . The position is expected to begin as an initial 4-week temporary assignment , with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance. For the right candidate, there may also be an opportunity for the position to become permanent. Responsibilities Scan, organize, name, and electronically file project documents Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems Review files for completeness and proper document placement Assist with archiving and record organization Answer and route incoming phone calls Prepare, format, copy, and distribute documents Assist with data entry and general office organization Coordinate meetings, deliveries, and other administrative tasks Provide general support to project managers and office staff Perform other administrative duties as needed Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable handling a high volume of documents Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and computers Ability to follow filing and document-naming procedures accurately Dependable, efficient, and able to work independently Prior administrative, scanning, filing, or records-management experience preferred Schedule Monday through Friday, full-time, in office in Greenwich, Connecticut. This is a temporary position with an immediate need.
