Job Description
The Hostess is responsible for helping maintain IHYC's standards through all guest interactions. The Hostess should thrive to enhance member satisfaction and team member engagement. He or she will help improve member experience by greeting members and helping them throughout their dining experience if needed. IHYC Food and Beverage outlet operates approximately eleven months per year, shutting down in January. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for members joining for lunch or dinner. This interaction sets the tone for the remainder of the experience so it is vital that this is performed in a consistently positive manner. With a keen eye for detail, he or she will work closely with the entire Food and Beverage Team to communicate, plan, and perform dining services and other member-centric events. As membership satisfaction is our priority, a candidate who has a positive attitude, high motivation will fit this role best.
