Job Description Trinity College seeks a highly organized, service-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support within the Advancement Office. This position works across the Advancement organization and provides support to multiple individuals and functions, requiring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, flexibility, and the ability to manage competing priorities. The Administrative Assistant serves as a professional and welcoming point of contact for colleagues, alumni, donors, students, families, and other members of the Trinity community. The successful candidate will demonstrate discretion in handling confidential information, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple members of the Advancement Office Manage and prioritize multiple assignments, deadlines, and requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate meetings, appointments, calendars, correspondence, and other administrative activities as needed. Prepare, format, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Work efficiently in the CRM and other platforms used throughout the division. Qualifications Associate's Degree Bachelor's Degree , preferred 1-3 years of experience Experience as an administrative support team member Facility with technology.
