Job Description

DESCRIPTION
This position reports directly to the Assistant Superintendent for Student Supports and Elementary Education. This is a responsible position that involves a number of tasks that require judgment and interpretation of policies and practices; discretion and confidentiality in matters are expected. Applicants must be able to multitask, have strong organizational skills, have a pleasant manner, be able to problem solve on their own, and work cooperatively with other clerical staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
The applicant should possess the skills to interact with parents, students, and staff effectively, both in person and over the phone. The successful applicant will be expected to have a working knowledge of all areas of the office. Knowledge of Power School, Google Docs, Naviline, etc are preferred. This is an ever-evolving position and changes day to day, which requires an applicant to be flexible and adaptable.
SALARY:
Per 2026-2027 Salary Schedule
