The Accelerated Property Management (APM) division provides property management services including; landscaping, facilities management, and construction to DATTCO properties and external customers. We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant for APM in New Britain, CT!
Pay Rate:
$25 - $30/hrSchedule:
Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm (hours may change due to business needs)Location:
This is an on site position, must be able to get to and from work for hours agreed upon. Will sit out of our New Britain office.What We Offer:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience is preferred.Experience:
Bookkeeping and accounting experience is required. Experience working in construction, landscaping, building and remodeling in a similar role is a plus. Experience working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships with clients. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to multi-task in a high-paced, multi-divisional environment.
