Receives, Sort, And Distributes Hospital Mail To Designated Personnel And Departments. Picks Up, Weighs, Meters, And Prepares Mail For Postal Pick-Up. Receives, Sorts, And Distributes Patient Mail. Assists Director And Other Department Leaders With Various Administrative Tasks Including But Not Limited To Scheduling, Receiving, Coordination Of Policy Changes, Filing, Word Processing, Reserving Meeting Rooms, Taking Minutes At Meetings, Scanning And Copying Documents. EEO/AA/Disability/Veteran Responsibilities 1. Receives, Sort, And Distributes Hospital Mail To Designated Personnel And Departments. 2. Receives, Sorts, And Distributes Patient Mail. 3. Collects And Delivers Mail And Prepares Outgoing Mail And Packages For Mailing. 4. Maintains Appropriate Records Regarding Postage, Registered Mail, Parcels, And Mail Requiring Special Handling. 5. Ensures That The Proper Monetary Amounts Are Kept In All Departmental Postal Accounts. 6. Properly Bills Departments For Special Mailings. 7. Meets Performance Expectations For Customer Service, Teamwork, Resource Utilization, And Staff And Self Development As Outlined In Performance Review. 8. Performs Other Administrative Duties Described Above As Assigned Or Directed To Ensure Smooth Operation Of The Department/Unit. Qualifications
