Duties
The Coordinator supports business operations, documentation management, and compliance activities within the Clinical Pharmacology and Safety Sciences (CPS) Central Function Office. This role works closely with internal CPS colleagues and enabling functions and may interact with external third-party suppliers to support operational processes, maintain documentation, and help ensure timely and accurate delivery of administrative activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitor and respond to inquiries received primarily through email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Perform a variety of administrative activities in support of business operations, documentation management, and compliance activities, or for a specific project or initiative.
Maintain departmental tracking spreadsheets, inventories, databases, and systems, including data entry, query, review, editing, and updates.
Execute document processing activities, including document creation, formatting, routing, and archiving.
Use various computer systems and tools to support established processes and workflows.
Follow applicable regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support operational efficiency and timely completion of deliverables.
Skills
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Point
Experience working within and maintaining databases is preferred
Strong administrative, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize work and manage deliverables and track timelines
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative, proactive and agile approach to supporting delivery of results
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while supporting multiple stakeholder group
