Job Description

Responsibilities Monitor TenantCloud for tenant messages, rent activity, and maintenance requests. Communicate with tenants regarding rent, maintenance, inspections, appointments, and general property matters. Track outstanding rent and send payment reminders and notices as directed. Coordinate maintenance appointments between tenants and contractors. Follow up on open work orders and outstanding property issues. Maintain organized tenant records, leases, invoices, receipts, notices, and other documentation. Organize property bills and contractor invoices for management review and payment. Assist with rental listings, prospective tenant inquiries, applications, and screenings. Coordinate showings, move-ins, move-outs, inspections, cleaning, repairs, and apartment turnovers. Maintain calendars for inspections, appointments, lease matters, and other important deadlines. Provide ownership with updates on rent collections, vacancies, maintenance issues, and outstanding tasks. Perform general property management and office administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable communicating professionally with tenants and contractors. Basic computer, email, and spreadsheet skills. Property management, real estate, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred. TenantCloud or similar property-management software experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Must be able to work onsite in Shelton, CT, Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM.

Part-Time Occasional weekend availability may be requested for rental coordination or urgent property matters. This position is ideal for someone seeking steady, long-term part-time work with a consistent morning schedule .
