Hybrid in downtown Stamford (M-W onsite / TH-F remote)

This is a high-level Administrative Assistant role to support CFOs at a top financial services company. Administrative Assistants must be multitaskers and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be extremely organized, with a keen attention to detail and have superb follow-through skills. An Administrative Assistant's responsibilities generally may include: Scheduling internal and external meetings Preparing meeting materials Making travel arrangements (including detailed itineraries) Covering multiple phone lines Scanning, filing and organizing various documents Preparing expense reports for the department Assisting with ad-hoc projects
General Qualifications:
8 years of solid administrative experience with track record of professional success; financial services experience strongly preferred but not essential BA/BS preferred with solid academic performance Knowledge of Microsoft office products Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain process and meet deadlines Excellent judgement and someone who takes pride in their work Maturity and high degree of professionalism IND2
