Job Description

Administrative Assistant - Part Time Stonington, CT 06378
Type:
12-month contract
Compensation:
$20.00 - $25.00 (DOE)
Contractor Work Model:
Onsite Hours:
20-30 Hrs/week, Monday - Friday / 8am-12pm (2pm) Responsibilities Provide essential clerical and administrative support to individuals and departmental teams Perform routine administrative tasks, support daily office operations, and assist with scheduling and coordination activities under direct supervision Coordinate vendor interactions and manage vendor purchase orders Maintain office supply inventory and restock materials as needed Assist with facilitating interviews, preparing materials, and ensuring rooms are ready Order business cards and engineering books Set up luncheons, conference rooms, and related internal events Support routine office organization and administrative projects Assist with scheduling meetings and travel arrangements Greet visitors, manage sign-ins, and maintain visitor logs Manage and coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail and parcels Requirements 0-2 years of administrative experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Effective oral and written communication skills High School Diploma required System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
