Job Description

We are hiring an experienced RN to join our team. Meetcaregivers is a home care company dedicated to providing excellent care at home to seniors and individuals in need. We provide assistance with daily living and personal care services to private pay and Medicaid clients in the comfort of their homes. Should be willing to visit clients in Westerly, Hopkinton, Charlestown, Kingston, Narragansett and more towns.
Job Description:
Perform client assessments Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories for assessment Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Care Manager Case management and coordination Document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.etc. Annual Supervisory Visits 2.Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN): A current license as a Registered Nurse in
