This position will handle daily front desk operations for Outpatient Services, Problem Gambling and REACH programs. Key Responsibilities Assist with phone screens and data entry, client appointment reminder phone calls, maintenance of the logs, and all other administrative duties and data entry as assigned. Reports directly to the Administrative Services Manager and Outpatient Program Director. Minimum Education Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related social science field. Required Experience Minimum one year of office administration and records management experience, demonstrating strong organizational and documentation skills. Required Skills & Competencies High proficiency with
Office Suite:
Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. Strong customer service and communication skills.
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
