Job Description
Full Time Administrative Assistant Concierge Physicians of Westport is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are seeking someone who is organized, personable, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy medical office. This is a patient facing position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with our physicians, staff, current patients, and prospective members to support the daily operations of the practice. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner Schedule appointments and manage physician calendars Assist with enrolling and onboarding new patients Request and obtain medical records from hospitals, specialists, and other medical offices Maintain accurate patient and administrative information Use Excel and Google Workspace to manage spreadsheets, documents, and shared files Assist with light accounting and basic financial recordkeeping Complete general administrative tasks and help support the needs of the office Balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace Strong attention to detail and consistent follow through Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional and comfortable communicating with patients, physicians, and outside offices Previous administrative experience is required Medical office experience is preferred This is a full time, in person position. We are looking for a team player who takes initiative, enjoys helping others, and is willing to step in wherever needed.
